6cl Sentinel Rum
2cl Sherry (e.g. Pedro Ximenez)
1cl Freshly squeezed lime juice
2 Sprays Dark Spice Cocktail Scent
Prepare a large vessel, ideally a mixing glass, and fill with 5-6 ice cubes, the Sentinel Rum, Sherry and lime juice. Stir for ca. 30 seconds using a long bar spoon until chilled. Strain (Julep Strainer) mixture into a tumbler with fresh ice cubes. Garnish with a lime wheel and complete the cocktail with two sprays of the Dark Spice Cocktail Scent over the drink.
