THE MARVELOUS MRS HAZEL
5cl Sentinel Rum
2cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1cl Simple Syrup (2)
2 Sprays Hazelnut Cocktail Scent
Soda or mineral water
Lemon zest
Combine Sentinel Rum, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds until chilled and strain (Hawthorne Strainer) mixture into a long drink glass with fresh ice cubes.
Top up with soda and give the cocktail 2 sprays diagonally over the top with the Hazelnut Cocktail Scent. Garnish with a lemon zest, et voila!
