This process combines ultrasound, heat, and oxygen to enhance toasty wood notes, resulting in a clean, dark-amber finish and remarkable depth of flavour. Not just groundbreaking in maturation, Sentinel is also a beacon of sustainability. Our approach involves disassembling casks into smaller reusable segments, minimizing waste and reducing wood usage. Each bottle of Sentinel Rum is paired with one of the six Cocktail Scents - a selection of unique aromatic scents for enhancing cocktail creations.
